Plateaued?

It’s easy to think that we’ve reached a plateau, that if you understand email, spreadsheets, word processing, file management, and passwords, you’ll at least be able to muddle your way through modern life. Whereas if you don’t understand those things, you’ll be left out.

But what about ten years from now? What will be the concepts and real-world applications of those concepts that separate the cognoscenti from the rest of us? What will old people be struggling to understand then?
